Experian Global Financial Services is looking for a Billing Team Lead to be responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the billing team to include performance management, employee relations, training, and assigning work and related activities.
**Position Expectations**:
The key responsibilities, and functions of the role include:
- Maintain relevant systems, internal calls, and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details and/or any other relevant information related to billing.
- Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the billing Analysts to enable them to provide timely and accurate services and responses to queries.
- Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions.
- Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching.
- Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.

We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused leader with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills. In addition to the following:
- 5 years of related billing experience.
- 2-3 years in leadership roles.
- Advance studies in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong numeric aptitude.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
