As a senior billing analyst you will complete monthly Equifax MDS data append, and assign monthly EAM.
Research, check, and make corrections in the files.
**What you'll do**
- Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
- Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete customer setups and contract reviews
- Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing
- Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments
- Accomplish other related work as assigned by management.
**What experience do you need**
- 2 years of university studies; preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or in a related field
- Advanced English Level (B2-C1)
- 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment

- Excel - Google Sheets in a fast-paced environment
- Oracle knowledge
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Able to communicate effectively, work independently and meet tight deadlines
