As an intermediate billing analyst, you will create accurate and timely billing instructions for all CMS (offline) fulfillment projects by working directly with CMS project managers, sales representatives, and billing services (accounting) staff.
Create regular and ad hoc revenue and cost reports for internal customers.
Manage the requisition processes associated with membership ID # and billing member ID # generations.
**What you'll do**
- Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
- Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete customer setups and contract reviews
- Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing
**What experience do you need**
- High School Diploma
- Advanced English Level (B2-C1).
- 1-2 years university student; Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferably
- 2 years working in an Accounting environment

- Oracle - Google Sheets knowledge
- Salesforce or CRM experience
