**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of Procure to Pay in the Finance department. The role is responsible of preparing Sox controls, communicate with internal and external customers, and collaborate actively in process improvements.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Execution of SOx controls related to P2P performed within the determined time (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), ensuring all information is complete and accurate and all evidence is fully recorded.
- Raise concerns to the appropriate level of management and identify potential risks in the processes.
- Communicate and provide supporting documentation and walkthroughs for internal and external audits.
- Align with all internal control procedures.
- Recommend operational improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
- Keep all documentation related to the process updated, according to global requirements.
- Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience required 1-2 years in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
- Hands on, organized, detail oriented and able to work both self-directed and as part of the team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Critical thinking to identify problems, risks and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Office packages knowledge (specially MS Excel).
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (required).
**BENEFICIAL**
- Technical degree in accounting is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a plus
