The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Inpatient Facilities Account Receivables Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading an account receivables team of more than 70 employees, in close collaboration with partners in the US.
- Managing all processes and procedures in the order to cash operations for negative pressure wound therapy to include billing, handling missed payments and supervising the accounts receivables team.
- Integrating all key stakeholder interests and activities into the accounts receivable processes to include, but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and auditing.
- Championing transformational, project-based process improvements that enhance operational excellence and drive efficiency.
- Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complying with professional and quality standards; complying with corporate policies and procedures, and acting in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- 5 years of knowledge of order to cash and inpatient facilities account receivables processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Five years of management experience in a private, public or government environment
- Five years' experience in leading teams and projects in a private, public or government environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in business or healthcare administration.
- Change management driver, experienced at leading projects and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills that deliver results.
- Strong problem-solving skills utilizing resources across departments and businesses to create solutions.
- Understanding of connection between operational improvements (e.g. labor productivity, lead time/turnaround time, quality, backlog, capacity, etc) and financials (Revenue, Cost, Cash, Margin).
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work)
Travel: May include up to 10% international travel
