As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay rate changes, and separations, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) HTR Senior Representative you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Solving general issues regarding customers' needs and elevating them to proper instances when unable to solve them individually, also identifying escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.- Supporting the deployment and adoption of any new systems or technology to enhance the process in line with global priorities.- Partnering with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs, or contracted vendors while ensuring that all HR Help processes are performed in compliance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as local business requirements for different countries and within agreed SLAs.- Assisting in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.- Undertaking all actions required by the system and updating the database continually.- Investigating and resolving problems and providing solutions that may involve a network of resources.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).- One (1) year of equivalent work experience in a private, public, government or military environment.- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures with strong analytical skills.- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish).
