The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) HR Help Senior Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Solving general issues regarding customers' needs and elevating them to proper instances when unable to solve them individually, also identifying escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
- Partnering with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs, or contracted vendors while ensuring that all HR Help processes are performed in compliance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as local business requirements for different countries and within agreed SLAs.
- Assisting in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
- Undertaking all actions required by the system and updating the database continually.
- Investigating and resolving problems and providing solutions that may involve a network of resources.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 years of (job related experience)
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND (X+4) years of (the same job-related experience)
- Bilingual English Spanish C1
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures with strong analytical skills.
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish). Being fluent in Portuguese is highly attractive X years.
