The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) HR Generalist Analyst in Costa Rica you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by supporting:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources supporting labor and employee relations, talent and leadership planning and performance management in a large organization.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Previous experience in Global Service Centers environment is preferred.
- Skills include solution mind-set, hands-on, agility, collaboration and team work, resilience and adaptability.
