**Job Description**:
3M Is Hiring a Bilingual Homecare Billing Associate
The Bilingual Homecare Billing Associate Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and self-motivated to obtain/exceed goals within set time frames.
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare billing or back-office support.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 Coding.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare Billing rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of post-acute market; including Home Health Agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Wound Care Centers.
