We are looking for a highly motivate employee with passion and dedication to be our next Executive Assistant who will assist Managing Director and other key areas in the business, provide adequate information and assistance in compliance with the PMI guidelines.

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
- Placement of purchase orders & follow up in COUPA for applicable functions.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements & support on the preparation, control, and review of the expense's reports
- Coordinate meetings, videoconferences and conferences call on time and the logistics (meeting room, resources, equipment's, catering) aligned it to budget.
- Coordinate logistic for key events within the affiliate and support travel arrangement for executives visiting affiliate.

Minimum requirements:

- University/Technical degree in Business Administration, Secretary or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or any related.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Office tools
- Proficient in SAP
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- High sense of confidentiality
- Priority Setting
- Advanced English Level
