**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Benefits Profesional is responsible for operational aspects of one or more IBM employee benefits programs within a particular country or region.
Benefits professionals will have primary responsibility for day-to-day operational activities such as implementing design changes, resolving individual employee questions or issues, controlling invoices and eligibility, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- 3+ years of experience within the HR field.
- Advance Excel.
- English: Fluent.
- Client facing skills.
- Vendor management experience.
- Leadership small team experience.
- Ability to manage deadlines and results-oriented.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple requirements with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent oral, listening, written, and speaking English communication skills.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- Workday knowledge.
