Required Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration and related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish required.

Experiences
- 1 - 3 years experience administrating benefit plans.

Soft and Technical Skills
- Must possess strong analytical skills, Excel skills, strong communication skills, problem solving skills, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be deadline-oriented and have a sense of urgency at times.
- Must exercise discretion and confidentiality.
