**What you'll do**
- Provide support and education regarding credit information, file interpretations and products.
- Answer and solve problems and requests based on the consumer scenario, doing an analysis of the details provided, to offer optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company's procedures and policies.
- Work in a team environment and customer-centric culture.

**What experience you need**
- Trilingual English-Spanish-French B2+ level, Spoken and written
- High School Diploma
- Metrics of previous 3 months on goal (QA >95%, ADH >85%, AHT < 510 seconds).

**What could set you apart**
- SME, T3 or SRM experience is a plus.
