Will be responsible to perform- transactional and analytical level tasks, generating- reports, performing month end close activities,- preparing the excise tax balance sheet accounts- reconciliation, working with local market teams to- clean up the differences in the accounts.
This role- should become knowledgeable about excise tax and- local compliance rules and excise tax filings and- processes.

**Responsibilities**:
- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Perform tasks related to the General Ledger team within the Bacardi Enterprises Services, which serves over 84 legal entities and Corporate Headquarters operations
- Participate in the execution of the following tasks:
- Extraction and review of data from SAP for the preparation of the balance sheet reconciliations.Responsible for the quality and timely submission of the data the supports the excise tax accounts balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assist on the timely submission and delivery of accounting reports and all supporting documentation of the excise tax accounts.
- Coordination with other BES teams, taxes and/or local finance contacts of any information required to performthe balance sheet reconciliation and solve open items in the accounts or establish the action plan to clean the accounts.
- Control and monitor that all differences in the excise tax accounts are clean.
- Keep updated the Desktop Manuals (DTM) with the processes and flows of information.
- Keep control and upload in a single repository all the documentation that supports the balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the internal controls to ensure tax accounts reconciliations´ quality and timely submission.Communicate effectively with internal Bacardi clients as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered.
- Manage key stakeholders to procure a good relationship, to solve open action items in the account and implement changes needed in the process.
- Influence the markets to follow the correct procedures and policies.
- Continuously identify, propose, lead and execute process improvements and transmit it to others.
- Ensure General ledger accounting procedures conform to GAAP and Bacardi financial policies and procedures.

- Previous experience in Accounting (4-5 years), using SAP platform.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
