**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with PSCD Leadership and key stakeholders to implement deliverables supporting the Enterprise & Technology Security organization
- Contribute to architectural, design, test, and support discussions
- Be a key member of a ServiceNow development team delivering features using script includes, business rules, workflows, ACLs, and other core platform elements
- Integrate with secure & highly available back-end systems using REST APIs
- Grow and adapt to current technology and design standards to create modern, effective, and efficient systems
- Work in an Agile team environment
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Core ServiceNow development (Script Includes, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.)
(3 years) OR JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (3 years)
- Service integration with back-end systems via REST APIs (2 years)
- Agile development (3 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for various audiences
- Able to collaborate across teams and Business Units
- Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Test
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- General ServiceNow Development (required skillset + Update Sets, Transform Maps, Flows, Scripted REST APIs) (4 years)
- JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (4 years)
- Service Portal (2 years)
- ServiceNow MID Servers (2+ years)
- Regulatory and/or internal compliance for both security & data privacy
- IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (or equivalent) (1 year)
- Security & Privacy by Design (SPbD) (or equivalent) principles
