**Auxiliar de Materiales**:

Ejecución de labores auxiliares relacionadas con la custodia y entrega de materiales y suministros a nível de la compañía. Por ello es responsable del recibo, custodia y entrega de la materia prima, suministros, repuestos, herramientas y activos que se almacenan en las diferentes bodegas; así como del manejo, registro y empaque del producto terminado a exportar.
**Principales tareas y responsabilidades**:
- Recibir y entregar materiales en la bodega, lo cual incluye descarga de materia prima, suministros, recibo de compras locales y activos.
- Registrar en el SAP todas las transacciones de inventario las entradas, salidas, ajustes y transferencias de materiales.
- Recolección y acomodo del material inspeccionado al inventario.
- Ordenar y clasificar los materiales en los estantes de manera que sea fácil identificarlos, cuando se requiera su uso en los diferentes procesos.
- Surtir requisiciones de materias primas y otros suministros al personal autorizado que lo requiera, supervisores, líder de grupo e ingenieros. Entregar las órdenes de trabajo de producción.
- Conteo físico semanal de materias primas y consumibles; además de los conteos cíclicos que se asignen diariamente.
- Verificar diariamente la disponibilidad de suministros de cuarto limpio en los vestidores.
- Surtir de gabachas al personal de las áreas de producción e Ingeniería.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos en materia ambiental y de seguridad en su puesto de trabajo.
- Mantener el área del puesto de trabajo limpia y ordenada. (6's)
- Participar activamente en grupos de mejora continua (CIT's), a través de la filosofía LEAN Manufacturing.

- Bachiller en Educación Media
**_Nature of the position:_**
Execution of auxiliary tasks related to the custody and delivery of materials and supplies at the company level. For this reason, it is responsible for the receipt, custody and delivery of the raw material, supplies, spare parts, tools and assets that are stored in the different warehouses; as well as the management, registration and packaging of the finished product to be exported.
**_Main tasks and responsibilities:_**
- Receive and deliver materials in the warehouse, which includes unloading of raw materials, supplies, receipt of local purchases and assets.
- Register in SAP all inventory transactions, inputs, outputs, adjustments and transfers of materials.
- Collection and accommodation of the inspected material to the inventory.
- Sort and classify the materials on the shelves so that it is easy to identify them, when their use is required in the different processes.
- Stock requisitions of raw materials and other supplies to authorized personnel who require it, supervisors, group leader and engineers. Submit production work orders.
- Weekly physical count of raw materials and consumables; in addition to the cycle counts that are assigned daily.
- Check the availability of clean room supplies in the locker rooms daily.
- Provide gabachas to the personnel of the production and engineering areas.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures in their workplace.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy. (6's)
- Actively participate in continuous improvement groups (CIT's), through the LEAN Manufacturing philosophy.
