- ** Customer Account Management**: Responsible for managing a defined territory of customer accounts, which may involve tasks such as creating and updating customer profiles, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- ** Sales Support**: Working directly with partner Account Executives and Account Managers to drive customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of customer requests.
- ** Billing and Invoicing**: assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner. They may also follow up on overdue payments and work with finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- ** Data Analysis**: Involved in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, as well as areas for improvement in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- ** Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and maintain a database of customer information. They may also assist in implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Lender Account Manager need to convey information clearly, listen attentively to customer needs, and articulate solutions effectively.
- ** Customer Service Skills**: Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of the role. Lender Account Manager should be patient, empathetic, and responsive to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout the sales process.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Effective organization is essential for managing accounts and coordinating sales activities. Lender Account Manager should be adept at prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Paying attention to detail is critical for ensuring accuracy in tasks such as processing orders, managing contracts, and updating customer information. Lender Account Manager should be meticulous in their work to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Analyzing sales data and trends is an important aspect of the role. Lender Account Manager should possess basic analytical skills to interpret sales reports, identify patterns or anomalies, and make informed recommendations for improving sales performance.
- ** Teamwork and Collaboration**: Lender Account Manager often work closely with sales teams, as well as other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics. Collaborative skills are essential for coordinating activities, sharing information effectively, and achieving common goals.

**Additional Information**:
**This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.**
