Basic Qualification: Technical or Bachelors degree with experience in a highly quantitative field as Computer Science, Information Technology or other business / analytical disciplines.
With 2+years of related work experience - Experience in Advanced MS Excel skills, VBA (Macros), MS Access - Experience in process automation using workflow technology like SharePoint, PowerApps and power automate or similar platforms - Experience in Data Modeling, ETL/ELT workflow management desired & ability to write, tune SQL queries using tools like (SSIS, SSMS, Alteryx etc.)
- Experience using scripting language (e.g.
R, Python) - Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau) - Be comfortable with ambiguity and curious to learn new skills - History of collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving - Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills - Ability to operate successfully and independently in a fast-paced environment

Position Description: ACES - Automation Lead
This is a strategic role to drive a culture of automation by follow a structured governance model, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting to leadership on the automation status, efficiency gains through various technology path used by various teams across geographies.
This role is an Individual contributor role who should be able to do hands on development for small -medium complex automation using various technologies while managing the end to end project delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Minimum Develop small scale automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, SQL, python.
Desirable to have knowledge in RPA programming as UIPath.
- Follow the automation and governance structure across business teams from Intake to production.
Work with Business teams and deliver automation following the governance structure
- Create tool sets for business stakeholders to increase automation in all levels of processes
- Deliver targets of efficiency savings through automation projects
- Follow mechanisms to improve Automation Culture by partnering with ACES team members
- Driving consistency of process, training, and reporting across functional teams
- Provide periodic project updates, including major successes/challenges, to senior management
- Work with various business teams spread across various locations and time zones as per the requirement of project.
A day in the life
During a regular day, this person will:
- Work together with the operations and ACES team to map the processes and will provide inputs for the best way to automate the process activities.
- Capture automation requirements.
- Perform coding for the automations identified.
- Provide periodic project updates, including major successes/challenges, to senior management
- Provide all the required documentation after completion.
- Review and comply with the InfoSec requirements.
About the team
