SGF Global is looking for a Automation Enterprise Support L2, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- B.S./B.A.
degree level, although relevant experience and strong track record is more important.
- Linux Strong Knowledge.
1-2 years of experience.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Experience working with a mix and big environments.
1-2 years of experience.
- Basic Programming Skills and understanding of logic.
1 year of experience.
- API Knowledge.
1 year of experience
- Windows Knowledge as admin (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Ansible as an admin or playbook writer (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Chef as an admin (nice to have)
- Knowledge in BASH, Python or Ruby (nice to have)
- Knowledge working with Jenkins and Java as log reader for troubleshoot (nice to have)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Check infrastructure alerts (CPU, logs, services, etc.)
of the automation tools and troubleshoot them.
- Linux infrastructure troubleshooting focus on the installed automation tools
- Troubleshoot integration between systems.
- Verify connectivity issues between the tools and the target servers.
- Provide guidance to customers on better automation practices.
- Debug and suggest possible solutions of implemented automation processes.
