A Data Analyst in our Automation team is responsible for using their knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies to bring data, information and experience allowing to make decisions with managers, sponsors, and different groups.
Decisions related to maintain and develop systems especially related to the administration technological infrastructure.
Their duties include collaborating with other data professionals to extract data figures, creating reports based on their findings, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives' success.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyse data
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
**SKILLS**
- Advance knowledge and experience using reporting packages such as Tableau and PowerBi,
- Strong experience working with machine generated data with using tools like Splunk, Kibana, Elastic Search, others
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- Experience with Automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Self-Healing
- Analytical skills adapted to multinational and dynamic environments
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-working skills in multidisciplinary teams
- Verbal and Written communication skills
**Desirable**
- Experience working in Dev Ops Environments
- Any interactive experience working with teams related to the support of datacenters, servers, containers, networks, storage, or related areas
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Basic Knowledge of the ITIL Standards and tools like Service Now
**Educational Level**:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
