**Position Overview**:

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Interacting with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- Creating data-driven dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights.
- Building workflows, automating processes and data integrity checks using Power Automate.
- Developing virtual agents to answer questions, take actions, or interact with systems using Power Virtual Agents.
- Providing support and training to end-users.
- Keeping up to date with the latest automation technologies and practices.
**Education & Qualifications Requirements**:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Good understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Experience in preparing User Requirements Specifications (URS) and FDS (Functional Data sheet).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- An understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, XML), REST APIs and how large systems exchange data will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting.
- Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
