Come join us and contribute to our mission of leveraging digital technology to revolutionize our industry and be part of the HR Technology & Platforms team.**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.- Interacting with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement suitable solutions.- Creating data-driven dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights.- Building workflows, automating processes and data integrity checks using Power Automate.- Developing virtual agents to answer questions, take actions, or interact with systems using Power Virtual Agents.- Providing support and training to end-users.- Keeping up to date with the latest automation technologies and practices.**Education & Qualifications Requirements**:- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform.- Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.- Good understanding of data modeling and database design.- Experience in preparing User Requirements Specifications (URS) and FDS (Functional Data sheet).- Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.- An understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, XML), REST APIs and how large systems exchange data will be an advantage.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting.- Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Skills**User Requirements; Microsoft Azure; Technology Platforms; Creativity; Innovation; Design; Business Processes; Digital Solutions; Project Management; Data Driven; Agile Methodology; Working Independently; Communication; Compliance; Automation Technology; Influence; Problem Solving; Microsoft Power BI; Microsoft Power Apps; Digital Technology; Computer Science**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
