This position is responsible for the fixed assets capital processes and settlement of Costa Rica Assembly/Test Manufacturing and Corporate Services assets, ensuring local compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Executing settlement of Costa Rica Assembly/Test Manufacturing and Corporate Services assets ensuring full compliance with statutory and Free Trade Zone requirements.
- Supporting government, internal and external audits as needed.
- Partnering with Asset Management, Assembly/Test Manufacturing, Corporate Services, Tax and Costa Rica Local Compliance teams to ensure the effective management of Costa Rica legal entities assets.
- Providing technical guidance on fixed assets capital statutory related processes and policies.
- Researching and providing guidance on issue resolution related to Costa Rica legal entities assets.
- Performing fixed asset corrections and implementing improvement actions to streamline capital and expense policies applicability.
- Approval of direct settlement capital purchases, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Proactive identification of process optimization and efficiencies.
- Action oriented: Proactive identification and roadblock removal to ensure fixed asset policy compliance.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of capital and fixed assets accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Costa Rica local statutory fixed assets policies.
- Data analytics, automation and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
