**Key Responsibilities**:
- Atlassian Product Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian products, including Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
- System Customization: Customize and tailor Atlassian tools to meet the specific needs and workflows of the organization.
- User Support and Training: Provide hands-on support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure efficient and effective utilization of Atlassian products.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other systems, maximizing their impact on organizational processes.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard Atlassian systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Atlassian configurations, customizations, and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Atlassian product administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
- Experience with Confluence page creation, template design, and space management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Atlassian solutions accordingly.
