This a temporary position with end date May 10th.

Schedule: From the 1st day to November 19, it's 12 hours a week or from 8:00 am to 11:00 am from Monday to Thursday. From November 20th to May 10th it would be Full Time with 42.5 hours a week.

Position Purpose: Responsible for supporting the production of digital content that drives demand, profit, and file growth goals. Collaborates with partners to build, edit, and publish customer-facing presentations accurately and efficiently. Executes online publishing of products and merchandising features for web within assigned product departments and static content areas. Provides insights into workflow efficiencies and optimized digital best practices presentation.

About you:
- Education level: Technical degree or bachelor's degree student- English Level: Advanced (C1)- Attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Analytical and conceptual thinking.- Time management- Basic understanding of web production and publishing processes.- Microsoft Excel intermediate proficiency level (multi-condition formulas, pivot tables, etc)- Basic knowledge of Microsoft O365 Suite (OneNote, MS Sites, etc.)- Production-oriented, and successful in driving results within tight deadlines.- Organized.- Continuous improvement mindset.- Individual contributor who can also work well as part of a team.- Nice to have:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of content management software (PageBuilder, CMS, FirstSpirit, etc).-
- Experience with data intelligence software.- About the role:
- Supports and understands content and publishing processes and workflow across multiple CMS platforms.-
- Utilizes internal systems and tools to research product data and determine how pages are built and merchandised.-
- Reviews the monthly reports to ensure that products scheduled for launch have all the necessary assets like images, copy, and other requirements ready on time in the testing environment.-
- Builds and creates product and category pages on a weekly basis. Creates other category pages based on business needs.-
- Assists with auditing web categories.-
- Assists in the implementation of the day-to-day execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities, such as:- Seasonal Categorization.-
- In-launch categorization.-
- Daily markdowns weekly updates.-
- Weekly Orphan pages review.-
- Supports other team members and stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory, etc.) on specific tasks and tickets that can be assigned.-
- Helps on maintaining team documentation.-
- May manage a small business group.-
