Associate System Support Analyst

We are looking for an Associate System Support Analyst to join our team in our Heredia office.
This position is based on-site.
**Best Qualifications**
- Technical knowledge in hardware (Desktop and Laptop) and software (installation, configuration and troubleshooting)
- English level B1
- Minimum one year of work experience in IT
- Proactivity, order and teamwork

**Responsabilities**
- Installation, configuration and support of laptops for work use.
(hardware and software)
- Basic support for network printers.
- Creation, attention, monitoring and closing of tickets generated by internal users of the company.
(GSN)
- Maintenance and control of department inventory (Laptops, monitors, docking, etc.)
- Communication with the different departments within ITS and outside it, with the other business units.
- Assignment of department projects for planning, monitoring and execution.
