As an Associate Consultant/Senior Associate Consultant at Red Nucleus, you will be working under the direction of a more experienced consultant to help organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance.
The projects you may be involved in and the tasks you will given to complete will depend on the area you are working on, but general responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Project Planning and Management (PMO)
- Process Optimization
- Training (development and deployment, e-learning and ILT)
- Business Requirements (Research, Interviews, Workshops)
- Business plan and supporting information
- Strategic Plan and Roadmap development (pros and cons)
- Solution design and Implementation
- Organizational Process Improvement
- Innovative system design
- Quality and Compliance
- R&D Training Development and Delivery
- Change management
- User Requirements Specifications
- User Acceptance Testing
- R&D Systems Validation and Implementations
- Document Migration
- Quality and Compliance
- Metrics and KPIsData Governance
- IT/Business Liaison
- Internal responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, budget and SOW management, contribution to marketing and Business Development, and thought leadership
**About You**
- Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with interdisciplinary teams
- Interest in the life sciences industry (both business process and software development)
- Experience in process and user story development is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Bachelors degree (minimum requirement)
- Up to 50% travel may be required
