Role/Responsibilities
The Associate Project Coordinator will support the Data & Analytics Team presence and programs to ensure a successful allocation, execution, and completion of projects / results.
** Functional Responsibilities**:
- Support the coordination of learning events for the Finance organization with activities such as event creation, roster updates, zoom meetings prep, training assignments and ad-hoc report creation.
- Monitor team mailboxes (Data & Analytics, Finance Learning)
- Maintain and update the SharePoint site and calendars
- Support JIRA ticket updates and ensuring that project documentation is attached in the required steps of the workflow
- Provide support for team scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Weekly Stand-up, Showcase sessions)
- Follow up on open and delayed demand items and update them as vital to ensure an accurate view of the team's capacity.
- Ensure successful tracking of teams' objectives
- Support team leaders with ad-hoc requests
**Scope / Supervision and Interaction**:
- Relies on management for decision making
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Results are reviewed by manager / senior team members
- Builds productive team and business partners relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating
**Qualifications**:
» Entry-level position, no previous experience required
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritize workload based on management direction.
- Ability to anticipate senior team member's requirements to support the project team's success.
