**The Role**
**Functional Responsibilities**:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination under the guidance of project managers and team leaders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, SharePoint site and calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members by setting up meetings, preparing agendas, preparing meeting summaries, following up on action items, and saving all recordings and documentation for project team members.
- Assist in preparing project deliverables such as project documents and workshop presentations.
- Maintain and update project plans and RAID lists, following up on open and delayed project items when necessary to ensure an accurate view of project status.
- Ensure project dashboards accurately reflect updated information.
- Monitor team mailboxes (Data & Analytics, One Stream Implementation, Finance Learning).
- Support the Finance Learning function on event creation, roster updates, zoom meetings prep, training assignments and ad-hoc report creation as requested.
- Support team leaders with ad-hoc requests.
**Scope / Supervision and Interaction**
- Relies on management for decision making.
- Deliverables are reviewed by manager / senior team members.
- Builds productive team and business stakeholder working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating.
**Qualifications**:
- Entry-level position, no previous experience required.
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritize workload based on management direction.
