Join Western Union as an Associate, Payment Processing Operations.**Western Union powers your pursuit.**We are looking for someone who would be part of VMS & SBA Payments team as Payment Processing Operations responsible for process and validate outbound transactions in Western Union.**Role Responsibilities**- Primary responsibility is Online support to agent phone inquiries related to Collections.- Incident and cases management for Agent escalations.- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.- Escalate issues on time and to the right level of leadership within the organization.- Ensure all input is correct. Escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.**Role Requirements**- Fluency in English is required.- The schedule of this position will be from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Sunday and Monday off. (non-negotiable)- High school degree required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, or equivalent.- Experience within Financial Services industry considered an asset.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.- Good knowledge of MS Office.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
