**Qualifications**
Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : At least HS graduate System working knowledge required : Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, Printers is a plus) Excellent Communication Skills 0-2 years of experience in customer service.
Background and Experience Basic Knowledge of US Mortgage Regulations in Origination (preferrable)
