And if it's outside, we're all in.Position Purpose: Responsible for supporting Performance and Brand Media teams across Search, Affiliate, Paid Social, Digital Display/Video and Linear/Connected TV channels in line with demand, profit, and buyer file growth goals. Works individually and as part of a team to plan and implement media campaigns, develop, and maintain performance reporting, and reconcile monthly accounting needs across programs. Will coordinate with internal and external partners to help facilitate team needs in support of the above responsibilities.**Responsibilities**:- Works with media program owners to define and schedule daily tasks- Coordinates and traffics media campaigns across programs- Compiles, analyzes, and maintains campaign performance reporting; draws initial conclusions- Coordinates discussion/meetings with existing and potential vendors.- Collaborates and coordinates media and content needs with internal partners across departments (e.g., Analytics, Content, Creative)- Manages monthly financial reconciliation across programs- Compiles industry research and helps identify potential partners- Other duties as assignedEducation Level: 4-Year Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience: 1+ years preferred but not requiredSkills and Qualifications:- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with and leverage data sets via Excel/data visualizations tools- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills- Strong communications skills and attention to detail- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and supporting ad platforms is preferred but not required- Experience using Google Marketing Platforms is preferred but not required (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, etc.)- Ability to work within a team structure and manage tasks autonomously- Experience and/or passion for the outdoor retail/apparel space- Enjoys spending time in the outdoors- Curious, inquisitive, objective, and eager to learnIf you care about the outdoors, joining L.L.Bean is a great way to feel good about what you do.
