Associate Manager, Training & Development - Cr

Provide and drive training plans to achieve desired site learning outcome and people development through use of proven training techniques, process improvement, and strong partnerships.
Job duties:Manage end-to-end training project plans, instructional design, and authoring of content, incorporating industry best practices to ensure all facets of training programs are instructionally sound and of high quality for Production personnel.
Manage the development, design, and implementation of new and ongoing talent and development initiatives and assessments through production training curriculum.
Develop and facilitate classroom training.
Conduct ongoing training and development needs assessments and align training objectives with overall company business goals.
Develop and deliver/facilitate training programs aimed at addressing associate developmental needs, cross training, and constraint management.
Define and implement team objectives and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
Select and implement tools for delivering the learning and development training curriculum.
Design, execute, and measure short- and long-term advanced training programs for the Production team.
Conduct focus group sessions with target audiences to evaluate training programs and determine additional needs.
Design, develop, implement, and facilitate training and development programs based on Production management feedback to close the performance gap.
Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
