Manage team to ensure smooth and continuous operations in engineering.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and/or lead a small team within assigned function.
- Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with the accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables
- Identify opportunities and lead the execution of changes to drive improvements
- Create/update complex engineering documents including requirement specs, and risk documents with robust knowledge on design control requirements
- Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills
- Work on complex issues where analysis of issues requires in-depth knowledge
- Other incidental duties
**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's Degree in related field related and experience in engineering Required
Experience working in a regulated industry Preferred

- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of all waste generated in the facility according to applicable laws within the waste management program (RCRA).
Prepare regulatory and/or internal reports, complete waste determinations, sign waste manifests and coordinate proper training sessions to affected personnel
