About the Team

We are a group of hard-working professionals, with a diverse mix of experience and backgrounds. The team promotes Workday's core values with a strong dedication to our employees. The Deal Operations Team is hiring an Associate Manager/Manager, Deal Operations position which is a cross-functional leadership role, leading a team and supporting Workday's Sales, Strategy, Finance and Legal organizations. The primary focus of this position is to lead a team of individual contributors consisting of Deal Operations Specialists and mentor them to be strategic, trusted advisors to the Sales team. Success in this role requires a positive team-minded attitude, proven ability to lead teams, and the ability to work across organizations with disparate needs. Based on experience, this could be an Associate Manager or a Manager level supporting either net new prospect or existing customer accounts/deals. The person we are seeking for this role puts the team first and is humble, hard-working and has fun!

About the Role

Como gerente asociado o gerente deberá: (i) supervisar la priorización de la carga de trabajo del equipo en el correo electrónico y los tableros de control o informes de Salesforce y colaborar con ello; (ii) asesorar y facilitar conversaciones relacionadas con estrategias y soluciones de negocios; (iii) comunicar y dialoga sobre la actividad del equipo con los gerentes de equipos adyacentes y los líderes de Ventas; (iv) ser un solucionador de problemas proactivo; (v) proporcionar feedback a los miembros del equipo sobre las fortalezas y áreas de desarrollo en reuniones periódicas individuales y controles trimestrales de carrera profesional y progreso; (vi) desarrollar y gestionar prácticas comerciales, documentación de procesos y presentaciones (y contribuir y colaborar con los líderes para ello); (vii) trabajar en un entorno de modelo flexible de 50 % del tiempo en oficina y 50 % a distancia cada trimestre fiscal.
