- Position purpose: Supports L.L.Bean's Wholesale channel by effectively employing systems, tools (Blue Yonder Fulfillment, SAP), process, and standardized reporting. Tactical role responsible for executing tasks related to Inventory and Fulfillment to support L.L.Bean's Wholesale partner pre-season and in
- season inventory needs. Effectively communicates with numerous internal counterparts. Provide ad hoc support to the Wholesale Team when needed. This role requires operating independently with oversight.
- This is a CR-based position. To be considered, please be aware that you must be currently authorized to work in Costa Rica._

About you:

- Education Level: 4-Year bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience
- English level: C1 (Advanced)

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Experience- Aptitude for and some exposure to data, reporting and analytics.-
- Experience executing a process or using organizational systems to ensure tasks are completed.- Strategic- Analytical. Able to read reports and draw conclusions.-
- Able to compile & analyze data and reports, summarize, present findings.-
- Identifies problems and seeks solutions, asks for support when needed.Relationships and Communications- Able to build and maintain solid relationships.-
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player.-
- Delivers clear and concise communications across audiences.-
- Engaged, self-motivated with a positive presence.-
- Remains poised and professional in in difficult conversations.Operations and execution- Organized, manages priorities and ensures tasks are completed accurately.-
- Able to follow established process steps and meet deadlines.-
- Able to navigate ambiguous situations.Technical skills- Strong systems aptitude.-
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, proficient in Excel.-
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP or Blue Yonder is a plus.About the role:

- Support inventory for Wholesale channel- Understand Wholesale Channel order receipt and processing tasks.-
- Review pending sales orders daily in Blue Yonder Fulfillment tool (BYFF) Wholesale workspace.-
- Assess availability when orders are received, using forecasts from Inventory report.-
- Ensure order details in Wholesale partner line lists align with BYFF. Inform and address issues with line lists. Review data uploads and make system adjustments as needed.-
- Assess availability of products for in-season / at-once orders-
- Inform account managers about backordered items that will not arrive within ship windows.-
- Coordinate with Logistics Team to prioritize container receipts & decrease delivery dates.-
- Utilize SAP for consultation on inventory availability and future inventory receipts.-
- Support order acknowledgement process with buyers and account managers.-
- Support RTV (Return to Vendor) process.-
- Prepare Size Curve templates.-
- Reconcile estimates in BYFF when orders are submitted. Decrement reserved quantities.-
- Executes processes / Standard Operating Procedures; participates in continuous improvement efforts.- Strategy & Analysis- Utilize reports to proactively take actions and inform pertinent stakeholders.-
- Identify data patterns and relationships; form conclusions, summarize and present clearly.-
- Prepare reports for Wholesale Inventory dashboard and Inventory Review milestones.Relationships and Communication- Participate in weekly meetings with stakeholders (Account Managers, Account Coordinators, Buyers, etc.).
