We are recruiting an Associate Internal Auditor to join our global Internal Audit Department. The Associate Auditor role is expected to perform a full range of audits and investigations, including financial, SOX compliance and operational audits of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

**About You**:
**Main responsibilities**:
This dynamic position requires working with personnel across all functions of Kimberly-Clark and at all levels of responsibility. As an Associate Internal Auditor, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our stakeholders solve their complex financial control issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Executes audit activities and project roles under direction of lead auditors.
- Exercises initiative and judgment in executing audit procedures.
- Contributes to risk assessments with supervision / guidance.
- Demonstrates basic project management skills regarding engagement notification, task assignments and monitoring, interim performance evaluation, and time management.
- Recognizes issues, problems or opportunities and determines whether action is needed.
- Provides clear, sufficient and well-written evidence to support work, issues and recommendations.
- Cultivates positive relationships with stakeholders and proactively builds effective working relationships with employees.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes such as test approaches and tools to use during the course of testing.
- Proactively seeks and embraces formal and informal peer and upward coaching opportunities.
**Experience and requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of accounting and internal control areas.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Intermmediate-Advanced Excel Skill.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently. Demonstrates initiative, innovation and drive for results. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Handles difficult situations with diplomacy and tact and uses indirect influence to build consensus and support.
- Dedication to team work and leadership.
- Integrity within professional environment.
- Communicates professionally in all forms, with the ability to effectively present to peers and management.
