The Economic Research team of the Predictive Analytics group seeks an economist with a background in macroeconomics, international trade and finance, or industry analysis with a balance of both technical strong writing/editing skills to join our international macroeconomic forecasting team.
- For those seeking a technical role, experience in quantitative modelling and a firm understanding of modern macroeconomic theory and time series econometrics is essential.
- Experience writing about topics in international trade and finance, macroeconomic forecasting, banking and credit markets, including sovereign debt and currency risk assessment.
- Excellent writing, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills are required. The position will require close coordination with other team members located in offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia. As such, it requires someone independent-minded, motivated, organized and self-directed yet also client-focused and an excellent team player.
