**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Understands business problems, explores data, and produces actionable stories and visualizations using a well-defined methodology, critical thinking, domain expertise, consulting, and software proficiency.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Needs to have broad experience in data analysis and data analysis tools, preferrably Python and Power BI.
Also needs to have experience with Workday Prism
- Fluent English language speaker.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
General Workday experience.

Bachelor's Degree
