Job Description Associate Creative Director Experience - Contract/Freelance We are looking for a Contract Associate UX Director - Senior Manager to help shape the future for how our clients serve their customers.
You will work across every stage of the experience, from designing new features to prototyping high fidelity solutions.

Please note: This is a long termcontract role for a defined temporal term subject to possible extension or hire.
Must be willing to travel to Monterrey, Mexico ideally twice a month at the beginning for workshops and to build their relationship with the client.
Travel expenses fully covered.

Ownership and guidance of your and your teams' overall design process Complex system mapping and process mapping Advanced knowledge of audits and competitive landscaping Project scope estimating and managing Consultancy and business strategy client experience Public speaking and pitch delivery Experience leading transformative design projects, preferably in the eCommerce or Orders Management space.
S??????trong understanding of the Retail, Consumer, or E-Commerce industries.
?????Able to design user experiences that align with the unique behaviors, needs, and expectations of consumers in these fast-paced and dynamic markets.
Proprietary approach to both generative and evaluative consumer research and testing Consultancy and business strategy client experience Very strong communication and storytelling skills; high level of English and fluent in Spanish Proficient in Figma Ecommerce experience preferred; Dashboard design a plus; Salesforce experience is a plus Additional Information Contract Details: Expectation for weekly hours for the duration of the contract.
This a full-time contract, please expect to work 40-hours per week for the duration of the contract.
