Join Western Union as a Associate Collector.Western Union powers your pursuit.Role ResponsibilitiesWe'll be looking to you to answer inbound calls from agents to resolve inquiries and problems regarding to collections/AR.Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services and also requires ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.Performs one or more of the following operational support Accounts Receivable reviews/investigations, negotiation of receivable settlements, remittance tracking, database maintenance, documentation control, with the highest volume agents or special subscribers.Analyze risk of collection cases and different scenarios, to mitigate loses.Role Requirements1-2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or commercial collections (desirable).Student of related field (desirable).English required, (76% B2+ - minimum).Knowledge in excel (certification is a plus).Student of related field (desirable).Detail oriented, excellent organizational and operational skills, ability to identify key issues and multi-task under tight deadlines.
