We are looking for someone who would be part of Retail Collections Operations team as Associate Collector responsible for contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibility is collections.
- Under direct supervision, contacts customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are basic and routine.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
- Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically, has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to influence and drive execution.
- Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.
