ROLE SUMMARY

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with cross-functional product teams.
- Contribute to projects.
- Work to resolve problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- < 2 years experience in an Information Technology team
- Proven ability to research, develop, and keep abreast of tools, techniques, and process improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understand troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- From time to time, it may be necessary to respond to requests on short notice. These requests may require working during extended hours, weekends and holidays.
- Limited (less than 5%) travel may be required.
