We're looking for you to support the planning, design, documentation, execution, and management of Business Cadence and Communication activities for the Marketing and Digital team.Role Responsibilities Process and project management including calendar for weekly/monthly business review contributions, editing, formatting and modification of documentation as needed.SharePoint and Intranet (internal page for employees) content management.Schedule and support team communications via newsletters, intranet, email, all hands and other channels.
Contribute to creating communications.New hire welcome/onboarding for Marketing and Digital team.Leading business cadence related communications, monitoring action items, ensuring necessary assets are created and validated across cross-functional teams/key stakeholders.Help to prioritize work driven by the Chief Marketing Officer Calendar, support regular corporate briefings business reviews, executive reviews, touchpoints that connect teams on a timely basis, etc.Role RequirementsBachelor´s degree in in business administration, project management, communications or related.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.2+ years of communication or Project Management experience.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable speaking with leadership and strong written communication (English language) and extremely organized.Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, exceptional PowerPoint skills.Strong people management skills to be able to communicate, and collaborate with the team members.
