Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet government requirements related to talent acquisition.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate recruiting activities and may lead sections of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to conduct offer negotiations and finalize the hiring process
- Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree, 1 year of talent acquisition experience previous related required
**Additional Skills**:
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and ATS systems (e.g., Taleo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of industry related terminology
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group
- Ability to build stable working relationships internally
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
