**Job Description**:
The **Asset Manager** **is responsible for managing, organizing and cataloging assets for our clients.
They will work with a team including Photographers, Producers, IT and clients, as needed, to develop asset management workflow starting from creation through to production and distribution.
Strong technical knowledge, ability to devise flexible process solutions and provide excellent service and support are key for this role.
Most importantly, this role is about creating an amazing experience from start to finish for our clients.
This individual has a welcoming presence, possessing the motivation to go above and beyond in every task and encounter.
Has a 'can-do' personality with a great attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:
- English Level B2+ or higher
- 6 years of experience in the software or production industry
- Experience in communication/digital / production industry is not mandatory but would definitely be an added value
- Interest in technology and processes, asset management
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requires listening, analysis, and teaching ability as well as the capacity to influence.
Easiness with online tools.
- Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of the information.
Dynamic and proactive
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
