This is an exciting role in the Financial Enterprise Services Asset Management Hub, which will be focused on driving the organization to control and improve the global and local asset management practices for different groups from manufacturing, non-manufacturing and laboratories.
Asset management activities contribute to achieve financial accuracy by avoiding different types of asset errors that might expose Intel to control risks and higher property taxes and fines.
**This position has great visibility, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Engaging with the organization strategy by conducting specific task forces, coordination and sustaining of the day-to-day asset clean-up activities.
- Support during internal and external audits.
- Alignment with stakeholder and action plans definition.
- KPIs definition and monitoring.
- Report outs to management.
- Process optimization and scope consistency opportunities identification.
- Partnership with diverse stakeholders including fixed assets, capital analysts, operations, capacity planning and project teams and different BU Managers or Controllers.

In addition to that, willingness to research, work closely with senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and manage the team to meet critical deadlines.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Must possess a Bachelor's in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting/business administration related work experience.
- B2+ English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge in Power BI or similar
- Capital knowledge/experience
- Knowledge in data blending or automation tools
