**As a Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area.
- Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules.
- Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility.
- Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
- Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.
- Demonstrated discipline attentiveness to detail and work under limited supervision is required.
- Must handle multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Must have strong communication skills.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Advance Bachelors or Licentiate Degree student in Industrial Production, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Computer Engineering o related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Manager Positions, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence in teams responsible of accomplishing operational objectives and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Willing to travel.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Data analysis
- LEAN Manufacturing
- Assembly Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing systems in a dynamic environment.
