**In this position your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Develop and sustain such processes as: component attach, underfill lid attach, laser mark in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Plans and implements operational improvements to maximize output while improving the safety yields and quality of operations.
- As module owner conducts tests and measurements of their operations to determine control over critical success indicators and parameters of the process line.
- Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products.
- Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion by making recommendations and adjusting tools and processes reactively when something has changed on the line or proactively in order to maximize output.
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
- Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the skills to work under limited supervision.
- Ease to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:_**
- Possess Bachelors or Licentiate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemistry, Computer Engineering or related.
- 3+ years of experience on a High-Volume Manufacturing environment and experience on Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Intermediate English Level.

Preferred Qualifications:_**
- Data analysis knowledge (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others).
- Knowledge of thermal dispensing and high precision pick place equipment in Assembly production lines.
- LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge.
