**Job Profile of Human Resources Assistant**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Education requirements: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Criminal record check issued within the last month.
- Costa Rican residency, free status residency, and/or work permit.
- Experience in INS and CCSS payroll processing.
- Positive attitude towards learning, adapting, and implementing corrections.
- Perform daily tasks with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent teamwork skills and customer service orientation.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Process employee payroll.
- Responsible for vacation recordkeeping.
- Create, send, and file personnel actions.
- Maintain physical and digital files of employees.
- Provide administrative support to all employees.
- Supervise the preparation of documentation and procedures for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Stay updated on labor legislation topics.
- Assist in inventory control of equipment and office supplies.

Pay: ¢900.00 - ¢950.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources or related field: 3 years (required)
- INS and CCSS payroll processing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish and English (required)
